Swedish Massage

Remedial massage will focus on the clients injuries, whether this be sports or general injury related. This type of massage suits everyone, not just for athletes. 
What to wear:  Ideally, please wear as little around the area to be treated as possible. And don’t forget, if you must wear something:
• Make sure it is easily removable
• You can pull it up or out of the way for treatment
• We can observe the muscles you are having trouble with as well as those surrounding them
• Make sure it is thin and/or loose fitting

Remember these tips so that we can help you get the most out of your massage. Accessibility is particularly important, as often the problem causing the pain or ache you have may not even be in the muscle that hurts. It can be an issue with another muscle nearby, so easy access to the general area of the pain will be advantageous.

Hot Stone Full Body Massage

A specialised Ayurvedic head massage based on an ancient healing system to promote relaxation, relieve stress and invigorates the senses.
Specific pressure point techniques and massage are carried out on the upper back, scalp and face. These techniques will allow energy to flow freely to the head, increasing alertness and improving concentration. This treatment is ideal for when studying or stressed, to clear the mind. This will also bring balance to your higher chakras which will bring your body back into alignment and soothe the senses. 
The use of fragrant aromatherapy oils mixed enhances the experience. 

Bear in mind as well that as you may have oils rubbed into your scalp - you might want to bring a cap, or other hair band with you to make yourself look respectable on your way home.

Indian Head Massage

This truly indulgent foot ritual, uses various massage techniques and warm stones, to relax the body at its deepest level and is effective in creating harmony and balance.

The subtle energies of basalt stones paired with essential oils calm the senses and promote a meditative state.

Warm stones are used at the beginning of the treatment followed by a conventional Reflexology treatment. The stones may also be used on areas that may appear tender or congested. The Works Ultimate Package

A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to having tinting to the eye area. This is very important to ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction to the tint. The patch test involves a small amount of tint will be applied either behind your ear or on the inside of your elbow. If any irritation occurs the tint must be removed with warm soapy water. If symptoms persist please seek medical advice.

Lash Lifting opens the eyes, gives the appearance of longer, thicker, darker lashes and offers much less maintenance than eyelash extensions. Results can last up to 12 weeks.
