My name is Rita and I specialize in treatments that promote muscle recovery and range of motion. By applying techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, cupping and stretching, I have gained the trust of many athletes. Coming from various sports and disciplines such as hockey, football, bodybuilding and weightlifting, they have helped me develop a sophisticated understanding of the principles of movement and the mechanics that govern the human body. I graduated in Massage Therapy in 2021 and I am a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec.
