Mirella Moves

نبذة

I use the word “wellth” to refer to a a wealth of health and wellbeing. I believe that words are important, and we should name our experiences and feelings so that we can build on the certainty of calling something by name. To me, a wellthy life is active (in any combination of body, mind, or spirit that is possible given our current social conditions), developing and growing a little with every day, week, month, or year. Wellth is a journey, as with many transformative experiences, and we can take it as fast or as slow as we need to right now.
