Elen is a talented remedial massage therapist, specialising in neuro-myofascial release. Her treatments provide relief from chronic neck and lower back pain, hip pain (inc bursitis), joint pain, headaches, and much more. This technique is gentle on the body and nervous system. It can be performed over clothes and requires no oils or lotions. Elen has extensive experience with chronic pain through helping her clients and healing her own chronic neck pain.
