Your first session includes a detailed case history and a 60-minute treatment while you remain fully clothed.  During the session, I use gentle touch to listen to your tissues, encouraging the innate healing capacity of your body to ease any tensions or restrictions present.  Sessions are gentle, safe and effective, addressing physical, emotional, and mental symptoms, and enhancing overall wellbeing. 

Craniosacral Therapy Adult  Initial Appointment

Each 60-75 minute session helps ease tension and restores balance by listening to your body’s rhythms and gently encouraging release. This holistic approach uses light, non-invasive touch to support your body’s natural healing on mental, physical, and emotional levels.  Regular and consistent sessions are beneficial during periods of chronic illness, anxiety, overwhelm and stress, and during challenging life transitions.

Experience gentle support for both you and your baby in a calm, welcoming environment. This initial craniosacral session is designed for postnatal parents and infants up to one year, helping you connect and relax together. Ideal for new families seeking nurturing care, especially useful to ease the transition after a challenging birth experience.  Session lasts up to 60 mins.

Initial Craniosacral session for Parent & Baby Postnatal (0-1yr)

Early craniosacral support can make a profound difference in helping to set a healthy foundation for growth and development. I will often treat both mother and baby together, as their systems are deeply connected and often benefit from shared healing.  Useful for treating conditions such as colic, sleep and feeding issues.  Sessions last 45-60 mins.

Follow on parent and baby Craniosacral session (0-1yr)

Give your child a gentle introduction to Craniosacral therapy designed just for them. This initial session provides a welcoming and supportive environment, allowing your child to feel comfortable while starting their journey. It is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring a positive first experience.  Session lasts up to 60 mins.

Craniosacral therapy for Child 1-14 initial treatment

Support your child’s continued wellbeing with a gentle follow-up session designed to build on previous care. This treatment offers a nurturing environment where your child can relax and receive ongoing support tailored to their needs. Ideal for maintaining progress and comfort.  Sessions last 45-60 minutes.
