At Meridians, every treatment is designed around you. With a holistic blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine and advanced massage techniques, each session is tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals. In a private, calming space, you can fully switch off and restore. Many clients feel lighter, looser, and more balanced after just one visit — with benefits that last well beyond the session. More than therapy, Meridians offers a personalized healing experience to help you recover, renew, and reconnect with yourself.

I had a wonderful relaxation massage with Teo. From the moment I arrived, the space felt peaceful, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. Teo is incredibly skilled and has a calming, professional approach. The massage was exactly what I needed, gentle where it should be, with just the right amount of pressure to release tension. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and completely recharged. I highly recommend Teo to anyone looking for a truly relaxing massage in a beautiful, calming space. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Teo!

I booked a 1 hr 30 mins massage including a Chinese Medicine Treatment. It was a great experience! He started off with the Chinese Medicine Treatment meant a combi of dry needling and acupuncture and various places where I experienced discomfort or pain (about 25-30 mins). Teodor made sure I was comfortable and explained in detail what he would do. After this he gave me a wonderful massage of an hour making sure I was in a happy and relaxed state of mind. All in all a great experience and worth the money! Know that you can also book a massage without the Chinese Medicine Treatment.

Been going to him for years and he just gets it. Always knows exactly where the tension is and how to fix it. I leave every time feeling like a new person.

One of the best massages Ive had in a long time. The technique and adaptive pressure helped me so much. As a someone who does regular weight training, this was just such a relief from tight muscles, knots and stress. Highly recommend!
