I am a sports massage therapist incorporating sports science techniques, dedicated to promoting recovery and peak performance for athletes and physically active individuals. I offer sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), injury rehabilitation exercises and training, as well as strapping and taping. My approach is tailored to each client’s specific needs, ensuring effective results to enhance recovery and overall physical well-being.
