Her therapeutic treatment methods are a combination of remedial massage techniques and neuroplasticity brain training to help relieve your pain, improve your mobility and performance. You will find Mary working out of the Hybrid Strength N Fitness studio providing sports massage for performance and rehabilitation - it’s massage, that's just a little different.
