Quies in Latin means ‘Rest, repose and quiet' and at Quies Holistic Therapies I aim to provide a relaxing and nourishing environment, where anyone aged from 18 to 108 can come to balance their body and mind through complementary therapies. Quies Holistic Therapies will be somewhere that you can rely on to escape the stresses of day-to-day life and have some well-deserved ‘me' time.
