Sports Massage Therapist & Coach within empowredfit Liverpool. With a bsc in Sport & Exercise Science and extensive experience in massage therapy since 2018. Previously worked in a Rodney Street clinic and currently at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, focusing on injury prevention and recovery for professional dancers in training. Despite the name, sports massage isn’t only for athletes - it’s ideal for relieving everyday aches and pains picked up from a busy lifestyle.
