It benefits the musculoskeletal system, and helps reduce tension and pain in the body. Shiatsu also helps with internal issues such as digestion, sleep, chronic illness, and chronic pain. It is a very good therapy for restoring emotional wellbeing and finding a sense of balance and wholeness. Most importantly, it feels great!
