I am a fully qualified Reflexologist trained in both the Ingham Method and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage. I have recently added Kinetic Chain to my treatments. Kinetic Chain is a gentle treatment to the whole body. A combination of joint mobilisations and stretches. KCR helps alleviate pain by releasing tension within key joints.
