Hello, my name is Emily. I am a VCTC level 3 qualified holistic massage therapist. At FOLK, I work intuitively with each client to give a totally bespoke treatment using all natural and high-quality products. Each experience is curated according to your needs, whether you’re looking to sink into relaxation or re-energise and find your mojo again. Make yourself at home in my treatment space, located on the edge of Perranporth about 10 minutes walk from the beach. As the wind begins to nip, with rosy cheeks and golden eyelids we look to the quiet season; welcome in the slowness of winter and sink into a gentler rhythm with this restorative seasonal offering at FOLK.

Inspired by dappled walks, the pepper of fallen leaves and the warmth of the crackling fire, everything about this treatment aims to give your nervous system the hard reset it needs after a busy summer season.

All the natural products used in this treatment are carefully selected to promote deep rest and restoration. 

This treatment includes:
- Consultation over a seasonal hot drink
- Gentle breath-work and Yoga Nidra meditation with curated scents and sounds
- Full body massage (includes feet, stomach, hands, face, and scalp unless otherwise specified)
- Facial steam with herbal infusions
- Seasonal gift to take home with you

Available in 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions.
