Our Mission: An inviting space for every body to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life whilst bringing awareness to their body, mind and soul through varied complementary medicine and holistic and sports therapies. Fern Bothy is a sanctuary for personal renewal, where people can nurture all aspects of their well being. Ferns symbolise self-awareness, renewal and growth, and if you walk around the village, coast and countryside, Longniddry appears to be surrounded by them and thrive here. It’s a cosy, comforting space and an invitation to retreat and rejuvenate.
