Focused on 1-2-1 session or groups (groups must be organised prior to booking. Sessions are an hour long and are usually based in Abertillery but willing to negotiate travel. Outdoor sessions are most popular with indoor sessions incurring am extra cost due to facilities hire. Sessions can be tailored to all abilities and needs, past sessions have focused on fun netball fitness, high performance training, trial prep and introductions to netball.
