A well-shaped cut or colour refresh is the draw at Chelle's Stylez, where the stylist listens to what clients want and discusses options to suit their hair. Services include regrowth colour, ladies’ style cuts and half-head foils, with advice on caring for hair and planning a transition to a healthier look.
