An ancient Japanese modality offering therapeutic hands on touch to encourage the flow of energy (prana) through the energetic body. This includes dissolving physical, mental & emotional blockages and pain that can be created throughout our daily lives (trauma, fear, instability, anxiousness, stress, illness, transition, age etc)

Using gentle pressure & stimulation of Marma (energetic) Points on the head, neck, face & shoulders you will find a deep sense of relief & relaxation both physically and mentally.
Can be done with or without natural oils.

60 minute Somatic Indian Head Massage & Reiki Combo

A 1:1  wellness session using somatic movement to connect with & create safety in your body. Using a collection of modalites & somatic tools ranging from breathwork, movemebt & visualization to hands on energy work, massage & tapping each session will focus on aligning your mind and body, soothing your nervous system and allowing you to consistently  move forward with awareness and feel comfortable working through emotions, stress & trauma.

Sessions will guide you to become aware of bodily sensations, and support you in feeling safe in your body while exploring thoughts, emotions, and memories as well as help to release built-up emotions & tension and tune into the root cause of physical pain.

This work can be continued on your own between sessions to support your healing.

Other therapies, such as castor oil packs, yoni steam, spiritual bath & reiki, may be suggested during the session.

Follow-up Mayan Abdominal Massage

Mayan abdominal massage is a physical and energetic massage of the abdomen, that can restore the alignment & functioning of the digestive organs and womb space, encourages the release of tension, emotions & trauma held in these places, as well as restoring optimal functioning of the digestive tract, balancing hormones and increasing general well being.

Yoni (vaginal) steams are supportive in pelvic floor dysfunction and all types of prolapse (vaginal, cervical,bladder, anal).  They can be included as part of a care plan to heal uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts & endometriosis and are helpful for heavy periods or amenorrhea, transitions into perimenopause and menopause, as well as a beautiful addition to post partum care.
Yoni steaming is also a powerful tool for spiritual and emotional healing, helping to clear emotional blockages & support trauma release, deepen connection to one's feminine energy, foster a sense of self-love and acceptance and bring about clarity & creativity.

Each session is 30 minutes in length, you sit on a Yoni Stool which has a center opening and a pot of hot herbs beneath.  Your waist is wrapped in blankets and your feet are covered to ensure warmth, while guided through a breath and meditation session. Privacy steaming optional.

This New Moon in Virgo asks us to find ways to celebrate life & reconnect with JOY! It encourages us to anchor our Spirit into our bodies and to begin to live our lives as a spiritual practice.

We will move gently through a practice of somatic movement, breath & meditation,  reflect on our abundance through some guided journaling and intuitively create intentions to cultivate the new beginnings this energy brings us.

90 minutes of nature + mindfulness + reflection + intention!

No experience necessary. Bring a blanket or yoga mat to sit on.
