Soft tissue therapy and client-centred bodywork. Sports massage, fascia release and neuromuscular techniques. Soft tissue therapists work on fascia, muscles and joints to treat clients with musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction caused by any of life’s stresses. Sport is a common factor with many clients, but anyone can benefit from treatment. We are ideally situated for athletes of all sports based in Southwark Park.
