Recently established at Wash House Salons, in Oconomowoc WI, Bewitched Beauty is owned and operated by Sydney Miller. After graduating highschool, she attended the Cosmetology Program at WCTC. She then went on to work at a salon for the next year and a half, while there, she grew a passion for all things hair and ensuring that every client who sat in her chair left feeling respected, confident, and uplifted.
