Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a style of bodywork that originated in India. It incorporates deep tissue massage with assisted yoga stretches, mobilisations and tractions, as well as calming breath work- to encourage the nervous system to relax. It is done on a futon on the floor, which means a therapist can use different parts of their body and their body weight to get the maximum benefit out of each movement.
