I am Karen, a Clinical Reflexologist offering Foot, Hand, Face, and Ear/Auricular reflexology. I also am a practicing Midwife working within the NHS but as I have a special interest in pregnancy, I also offer Maternity Reflexology. Reflexology is a natural, holistic therapy working through each body system encouraging the body to produce its own healing systems to rebalance and reset, reducing the symptoms of stress and creating an overall sense of wellbeing. Kilgraston Walled Garden provides a beautiful setting with views over the surrounding fields and hill of the countryside.
