Similar to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, including strains and sports injuries. Sustained pressure is applied, with slow, deep strokes targeting the inner layers of the muscles and the connective tissues.

Henna brows involve applying a paste made from henna powder and other natural ingredients to the eyebrows. 

The paste is carefully applied to the brow area and left to dry, allowing the henna to stain the skin and adhere to the eyebrow hairs. 

The longer the paste is left on, the more intense and long-lasting the results will be.

Classic lashes are the perfect way to enhance natural lashes. With the classic technique, one individual lash is applied to one natural lash to create a set of longer and thicker lashes. Depending on the desired look, there are a variety of curls, lengths, and thicknesses to choose from.

CLASSIC LASHES 

A Hybrid lash treatment is a combination of two techniques: Volume (or Russian) and Individual (classic) lash extensions 
Taking the best bits from both treatments, Hybrid Lashes will give you volume and length, resulting in a wispy, textured lash extension look.

HYBRID LASHES 

Volume eyelash extensions vary from the natural look which adds more length than volume. Volume lashes instead give a fuller, thicker lash look. The lashes range from 2D-6D – meaning 2 fake lashes to 6 fake lashes per one natural lash.

VOLUME LASHES 

It is important to get lash infills every 2-3 weeks. Each treatment requires a different time period between each infill, so be sure to check this with your technician before you leave the salon. BEAUTIFUL BACK 

Dermaplaning is a safe, straightforward procedure that exfoliates the outer layers of the skin and removes unwanted vellus hair. 

Includes full consultation & skin analysis prior to treatment.  Your facial includes a gentle cleanse to remove surface impurities and make-up and also to help regulate the PH levels in the skin.  Once the skin is prepped the dermaplane exfoliation is carried out.  Following the procedure an intensive,  hydrating and vitamin infused cooling mask is applied. While the mask is on you have the choice of either a hand and arm massage or a scalp massage.  Once the mask is removed a lymphatic drainage massage is done to the face to refresh and revitalise the skin.  To finish serum, moisturiser and spf 50 is applied for post procedure protection.

This treatment is not suitable for clients with cystic acne, reactive/sensitive/rosacea/eczema/psoriasis skin types or people who suffer from PCOS as it may worsen these conditions. 


DERMAPLANE 

Micro- dermabrasion as a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture.  It can help improve the appearance of skin affected by sun exposure, fine lines, scarring, stretch marks and other conditions.

The skin base microdermabrasion machine uses a jet of ultrafine aluminium oxide crystals to exfoliate the skin.  The crystal works as an intense yet gentle abrasive to remove dead skin cells.  Vacuum action hygienically removes these  dead cells while stimulating blood flow to the area.  This combined action stimulates the production of collagen and elastin resulting in firmer more youthful looking skin.

Myofascial release therapy as a hands-on technique used to manage my facial pain. “Myo”means muscle, and  “fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your entire body.  During MFR therapy the focus is not specifically on your muscles, the focus is on releasing tension in your facial tissues.

Normally, fascia is flexible and stretchy. But it’s strong. It provides structural support to your body and protects your muscles.  Fascia is usually able to move without any restrictions However when your body experiences any kind of trauma, your fascia loses its flexibility.  It becomes tightened and more rigid. The tightness can lead to pain and loss of motion, which can affect your quality of life. Swedish massage medicine up Tait muscles cause a daily activities such as sitting at the computer or exercising it can be very helpful for people who hold a lot of tension in their lower back, shoulders and neck.

Swedish massage techniques that are used are kneading, long strokes, deep circular movements and  passive joint movements these techniques are meant to relax and stimulate nerve endings, increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage aiding in overall well-being.

A pregnancy massage is a specially adapted gentle and soothing massage tailored specifically for the mother-to-be.  Pregnancy massage benefits are wide-ranging they include:

Massage is available after the first trimester, from 12 weeks onwards.
