Personalised Nutrition & Reflexology. Amy has been working in the health & wellness industry for over 10 years. She is passionate about womens health, self care, hormones & fertility support. Being trained in many different modalities enables Amy to offer a unique service to her clients. Nutrition consultations are done via Zoom. Treatments are offered privately at Sano Wellness Studio in Co Limerick. Tandice, our new Reflexologist is available summer 2024 for evening and weekend appts. Card details are required when booking,
