Before scheduling a Personal Training session at the Studio, new clients MUST first book an Assessment. This gives us the opportunity to meet & discuss your goals & a timeline for those goals as well as take measurements & discuss nutrition. This is an integral part of becoming a member of the Studio as I believe there needs to be a positive connection between client and Trainer ( you and I) in order for you to have success in achieving your goals. 

New Client Personal Training Assessment (In-Studio)

PT Assessment - New Client MUST do first

One-on-one Personal Training Session with Alli.
In a 30 min session you can expect your workout to be 25 mins. 
In a 45 min session you can expect your workout to be 40 mins.
In a 60 min session you can expect your workout to be 55 mins.

Personal Train  - Individual

Personal Training in Studio

Virtual Personal Training ( 30 or 45 min session) via FaceTime or Facebook Messenger from the comfort of your own home. This is live and one-on-one with Alli Ross. If you have a mat and weights of any kind, bring them out and be prepared to sweat! Be sure to set your camera ( phone, iPad, or laptop) up in a good place before your session. It’s best if I can see you, your mat, and some of the surrounding area for the duration of the workout. 

If you do not have an Apple product for FaceTime please make sure you are friends with “Alli Ross Trainer” on Facebook so I will have access for video calling you via Messenger. 

*** please note there is a 48hr cancellation fee for late cancelled virtual sessions. You are responsible for the full session price should you need to cancel for any reason aside from providing proof of positive covid. I’d I am able to fill your session time, you will not be charged.***

Get ready to feel more space within your body and don’t forget to use your new range ( or lose it!). A little note: 
You can expect to have a 55 min treatment when you book 60 mins. 
You can expect to have a 70 min treatment when you book 75 mins. 
You can expect to have an 85 min treatment when you book 90 mins.

——> *TEXT TO BOOK*  in addition to regular business hours, Thai massage is offered two evenings per week & some Saturdays in addition to normal schedule hours. However, you will not see any of these evenings or Saturday spots available on the Fresha schedule. Please text Alli directly at 705-768-3410 to book one of the Thai massage options. If you’d like to book during the day, in an open spot, please feel free to do so.
