Acrylic extensions are a mix of acrylic powder and monomer liquid. Acrylic nails can last 3-5 weeks with the right aftercare. Infills should ideally be booked in every 2 weeks to maintain strength and balance.

'Growth Regeneration Optimiser' aka 'GRO' is a range of thicker gels that actively promote growth and strengthening of your natural nail – consistent use will enhance your nails natural ability to grow. GRO gel gives a good foundation for gel colour application. I apply tips to lengthen when you first start out on your GRO gel journey.
