Feminine Healing Immersion

A gentle massage that meets your body as a whole, working with the energies of the Earth to guide your nervous system into softness, and to invite energy to begin to flow more fluidly throughout all parts of you.  

Using a combination of acupressure, flowing touch, intuitive energy healing, grounding techniques, rhythmic massage, pulsing and bone-holding, this massage will release tensions and discomforts and bring a deep sense of safety into your body, mind and soul.

All appointments include a 5 minute check-in and update at the beginning. If you would like to have longer to share and receive guidance and recommendations from me, please add an extra 15-minute consultation when booking.

Energy Healing Massage

A deeply nourishing, feminine massage that honours your female body and supports you to fully relax, receive and release.
Using a combination of abdominal & sacral therapy, rhythmic massage, pulsing, acupressure, trigger point therapy and rebozo wrapping, this treatment works deeply yet gently to clear physical and emotional blockages and increase blood, nerve and lymph flow to your abdominal organs and pelvic area. 

First appointment includes an in-depth consultation for 20 minutes + 90-minute massage.

Womb Massage (First Appointment)

A deeply nourishing, feminine massage that honours your female body and supports you to fully relax, receive and release.

Womb Massage (Follow-Up Appointment)

Bring your womb health challenges and receive guidance, mentorship and clear, actionable steps you can take to improve not only the health of your cycle but also your connection to your womb.

This can be a standalone session or used before a massage.

Womb/Menstrual Health Mentorship Session

A transformative session to support you in connecting with your feminine energy.  The session will begin with a short meditation, then there will be some time for sharing, questions, reflections before moving into a practice led by me that will be intuitively guided and based upon your unique needs of the moment.  A combination of somatic exploration, self-touch, movement medicine, energy healing and bodywork may be used.

This session can either be standalone or before moving into a massage.

Feminine Embodiment Session

A 20-minute guided journey at the end of your massage to bring healing, nourishment and opening in your heart and womb.  
A particular intention will be infused into the healing based upon your wishes and what you have shared in your consultation.

Somatic Heart & Womb Healing

An additional opportunity to share more about what's going on for you and to receive my guidance, feedback and recommendations.  This can be added either to a Womb Massage or Energy Healing Massage Appointment.
Please note, this is included in your first womb massage appointment, however in all follow-up appointments, only 5 minutes is provided as part of the appointment. This additional consultation option is available for you to add if you feel you need more time to chat and receive mentorship from me.
