Opening hours are Tuesday - Friday and 2 weekends a month.

Reflexology to me is balance, it's wholeness, bringing together everything we've come to think of as separate, it's finding a meaning, reaching a destination. It's at the root of who I am and what I believe in and I love being able to share that with people.

The perfect treatment to help relax and support you fully. 

Starting with a back, neck and shoulder massage using essential oils to relieve sore and tired muscles, followed by reflexology to deeply relax your mind and body.

But you can choose any treatment mix to suit your needs. Some people include a face and scalp massage or Reiki.

Aromatherapy Back Massage and Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary and holistic therapy which aims to restore balance to a person's body and mind by stimulating its own healing process.

Essential oils can be used to deepen the treatment.

It is deeply relaxing and can therefore help to reduce stress, one of the biggest causes of ill health.

Reflexology feels like a foot massage. Gentle or firm pressures are applied to reflex points on the feet and/or hands and these points correspond to different areas of the body including the organs and glands. 

Reflexology creates an emotional and physical shift, allowing your body to restore balance, letting you feel more like you again.

Aromatherapy Back Neck and Shoulder Massage

Lift your face and spirit with the Ziggie Bergman Zone Face Lift.
An almost tribal treatment to enhance your beauty and age well.
This is a 12 week programme, but an initial course of 4 treatments can be booked and you can decide if you would like to continue.
Starting with some grounding, followed by cleansing routine and hot towels.
Oils are used and Zone Face Lift tools for a routine that includes facial reflexology, Gua sha and some Indian Head massage.
Finishing with hot towels and moisture for the face.
This is a deeply relaxing experience with results equalling that of a moderate face lift.
Many people have also found this experience to be emotionally uplifting, making positive life changing choices.
The 12 week programmes also includes the Zone Face Lift Elixir, a 30 minute Zoom discussing self care and a Gua Sha tool to help with your own 2 minute daily routine that you can do at home in the shower.
