For insurance compliance, and to prevent any complications, we have been advised to patch test ALL clients 24/48 hours prior to treatment. The best method of patch testing is to apply a few eyelash extensions to the eyes and monitor effects of the products used. Any signs of redness, itchiness or swelling are indicators of a reaction. If you develop an allergic reaction to eyelash extension glue, please be assured this is not dangerous. Symptoms of irritation will disappear once the eyelash extensions are removed. During the appointment you can sample the products and we can recommend what lashes will best suit you to achieve the result you desire. We will issue you with a £50 refund voucher which you can claim by booking your treatments within 10 days of the appointment.
