Hello, my name is Criseyde, I am a licensed massage therapist. I went to school for massage at Wellspring School of Allied Health. I’ve been practicing massage for 4 years. I specialize in deep tissue, myofascia release, assisted stretch, and prenatal massage. I help reduce pain by working out tight muscles with myofascia techniques, such as muscle stripping. I also help the pain by working out trigger points or knots. I have extensive knowledge of neck, upper back, lower back, shoulder, pain, and hip/sciatic pain.
