We'll arrive at your house at the appointment time and pick up your pup, we'll bring them back to our location and proceed with the service, once we're done we will let you know when we are on our way and how much time we have left to get there. This will also allow you to run errands if necessary and also give your pup a stress-free ride because allowing us to do this tells them you trust us with them.
