*PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING* _________________________________________________________________________________________________ NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT • A nonrefundable $50 deposit for any FULL SET is required to secure your date and time. • A nonrefundable $40 deposit for any REFILL is required to secure your date and time. • Please note that because the lash adhesive needs 48 hours to cure, you must avoid the gym, sauna, and getting your lashes wet for the time being. Therefore, schedule your appointment accordingly around any big events, vacations, and etc. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Reschedules/No Shows • Please provide a 48 hour notice in order to reschedule. • Any rescheduling less than 48 hours from your appointment time will be a forfeit of your deposit and another deposit will be needed to book another. • You may reschedule up to 2 times before a loss of deposit. • Any rescheduled appointments will be for the current rate. • No call-No shows or any notice under 24 hours before your appointment will result in a full credit card charge. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Confirmation • You will receive an email appointment reminder 3 days prior. Please reply to the email within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Arrival • Clients must come with no eye makeup, concealer, or any other residue on or around the lash line. If clients come with any build up, they will be asked to wash their lashes, which may cut into their service time. • No caffeine 5 hours before your appointment. • Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, absolutely no guests will be permitted into the studio. Guests will be asked to wait outside their car. • Clients must come with their own clean face mask. Masks will be kept on at all times. • You must arrive on time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. Being late will create a delay to our schedule and is unfair to other clients. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Payment • Remainder will be done through cash, zelle or venmo _________________________________________________________________________________________________ DISCLAIMER • We reserve the right to refuse service. • Prices are subject to change at any time. • We cannot guarantee 100% successful result on our clients. Your outcome depends on the condition of your natural lashes (i.e thickness, length and amount of hair). Everyone is different. There are no refunds, as we have carried out the service. • Photos taken before, during and after your service may be used for marketing purposes.
