As I explained when we first started doing your colour, I don't normally do colour clients now as I'm not set up for that, but was happy to make the exception for you. I completely understand it has become uncomfortable for you during the washing off stage and sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced. I do need to apologise, as my knees can no longer manage kneeling on the small bench step during the colour process. At nearly 60 it has become too painful, even though you were so gentle. Would it be ok if I just have the haircut from now on? I’ll look to do the colour at home with my wife’s help. Thank you so much for your understanding.
