Payment is due when service is rendered.. FIT ins or last minute services/styles or EMERGENCY SERVICES (after work hours) additional $20 fee plus cost of style. If you choose to CANCEL within 24 hrs you'll have to pay . So many cancellations will lead to payments up front and if that does not work it will lead to NO appointments. If over 10 min. late you will pay a late fee, if 20 minutes late it will be cancelled because I have a schedule to keep..
