It is important to me, and therefore my mission, to make sure that my Clients feel welcomed, relaxed and safe, and leave feeling refreshed, revitalised and renewed.  So I have worked at creating such an environment here at Wrest Park.  

I also believe it is essential that I take time with my clients in order to understand their needs so that I can work with them effectively, and help restore the balance within them for their wellbeing.
