Trinity Health & Living is an alternative health service provider specialising in shamanic healing, remote space clearing/spiritual clearing and distance biodynamic craniosacral therapy. My approach is to approach your health holistically taking into account the body, mind and spirit. When all three are connected and working in harmony, that is when you are at your optimum health and can live the life that you've always wanted. Healing sessions are held online, by phone or if face to face.
