ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMERS: *The following guidelines are to ensure the safety of both the clients and barbers before, during and after services: • MASKS MUST BE WORN TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS. NO MASK, NO SERVICE! • Upon showing up for your appointment, you will be asked to wash your hands and sanitize. A wash station and Sanitizer will be readily available to all customers. • Handshakes and any physical contact will be prohibited in the shop. • A non-refundable $10 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Please send your payment via e transfer to tedmundtamnabo@trentu.ca as soon as you book your appointment. The remaining amount can be paid after your service. • Please book your appointment the day before not on the day of. If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 2-3 hours in advance, although we prefer that cancellations are as far in advance as possible. Please note again, if you send your payment & later decide to cancel within the hour, it is non-refundable. • The location will be provided upon booking of your appointment via your Instagram dm's or Phone number provided on your customer profile.
