Thank you for trusting me to help you on yoga journey! We’ll work on loosening muscles, improving flexibility/mobility, decreasing pain, and more. I’m available for in person & virtual sessions. Your sessions may be held at any time between 9am-5pm. Please respect my time as I will respect yours. If you need to reschedule, it must be within 24hrs of booked session. You must cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment.
