Booking Fee Policy- Please note once you have booked an appointment online you will be contacted shortly to arrange payment of a 50% of your appointment. If we do not hear back from you regarding the deposit your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations within 48hours do not require any charge. If you have already paid a booking fee this is still non-refundable, however you can move this fee to another appointment. You can only do this once. Cancellations with 24hours or less. If you have not paid a booking fee a charge will occur of 50%.
