Absolutely amazing the atmosphere is beautiful the whole environment was so calming and the staff were wonderful.. I have to say at the end where you can choose from all the beautiful products to use and the Dyson hairdryers was fab. It topped of the whole experience amazingly

The intermittent compression really does assist getting the muscles relaxed, boost blood oxygen levels and stimulate both  circulation and lymphatic drainage. 30 Minute Sauna Session - 1 person

Designed for rapid recovery for athletes or aiding poor circulation generally for those who simply spend a lot of time standing or sitting. 

Intermittent pneumatic compression technology enhances blood flow, improve recovery & enhance performance. The various therapy modes massage limbs & mobilise fluid, toxins and lactic acid build-up accumulated in the muscles & joints, enhancing circulation & reducing soreness.  

Wear comfortable yet tightfitting clothes (if too loose - fabric may bunch during compression).  Two control units available to book, so bring a friend.  On arrival choose from the following attachments :  
a)   LEGS - treats feet, ankles, calves, knees, hamstrings & quads (varying sizes available).
b)  ARMS - treats hands/wrists, biceps, triceps, rotator cuffs, lats, & base of neck (one size fits most).
c)   HIPS - treats quads, hamstrings, IT Bands, glutes & lower back (one size fits most).

The ultimate detox and recovery experience combines all our services in the one session (saving $25).  This includes 30min Pneumatic Compression System (your choice of either Arms, Legs, Hips, or Pants compression unit) used concurrently with 15min at our Oxygen Bar, then 30min Infrared Sauna followed by a 90min Float session.

Enjoy 30min Infrared Sauna (preheated) with your partner followed directly afterwards with a 90min float session (60min float time) in the Open Float Pool (a large private space for couples to float together without the sense of feeling confined).  If you prefer to float in individual pods in separate rooms please contact us to arrange this - an additional cost of $20 will apply.  Try to arrive 15mins earlier if you are new to floating to allow for briefing.
Bathrobes are provided to wear when you transition from Sauna to Float room.  Post sauna showers will be taken in the float room (whilst the water is filling the float pool). Your core body temperature can then cool before your float.  

While you enjoy the healing benefits of the infrared heat, connect via Bluetooth to listen to some relaxing music, a podcast or whatever relaxes your mind to prepare for your float.  A sauna/float provides the perfect combination to disconnect from the outside world & find your inner calm.

A 90 Minute session (1hr float time) for one person in our Marino Room - a private room with an open float pool (no lid) , providing an extra large space without compromise on acoustic and environmental control. The size of a super king size bed, it offers a float experience for the very tall or those who may feel anxious in an enclosed space.

Includes 1hr (60min) of float time for two in our open float pool. The Recovery Systems Black Max Cold Compression Therapy Machine in New Zealand has special wraps to focus treatment on ankle/calf, knee, hip/back/torso, arm, shoulder.

Oxygen is a vital source of energy.  Increase your Oxygen intake with our Oxygen Bar, as you inhale purified oxygen for the 15min service period via a special headset (sanitised after every use).  

DISCLAIMER: Oxygen bars may be a fun, new experience for healthy people, but they should never be a substitute for medically required oxygen. Not recommended for anyone with heart problems or respiratory problems like emphysema or asthma.
