great service like always 🤗

Service was fine, there was no wow factor in my visit today. I work in the salon industry and felt the girls working could be dressed more professionally.

Kate was lovely. Calm, gentle and friendly.

I have only been to Femme Collective twice but each time has been great. The staff are very friendly and I enjoyed my time there chatting and getting to know them while I got my nails done. They are also very clean and I haven’t had an issue with my finished pedicures or manicures (some other places cut too short, dig around too much on me). The only thing that I think could be improved is the ventilation in the salon as it very, very strongly smells of nail chemicals in a small space which gives me headaches. All in all, I wish they were out my way in the WestShore so I could go more often

Emily did a fantastic job on my manicure yesterday. She was professional and pleasant and did a great job managing her time. From the time we started to the time I anticipated being finished, it was exactly as expected and she was just wrapping up my service the moment her next client came in, truly impressive. I also really appreciated that Emily wore gloves for my service, as a lot of estheticians don't. The space was calm and clean, and super unique and pretty with the Sakura tree at the front desk. The pedicure chairs look AMAZING, I can't wait to return to see Emily and try them out.

Emily is an amazing nail technician and lovely person. Always enjoy getting manicures and pedicures from her and she does great work with all the colours, sparkles and fancy details you may want too!
