Important message. - The b lounge does not offer a waiting area, please avoid arriving early to your appointment, we request that you are just on time to your appointment and if you think you will be running late to please contact to let me know please. Clients arriving more than 5 mins late may be asked to rebook, with the full cancellation fee of 100% applied. No children permitted to appointments please. Cancellation policy - Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you can be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up. Parking - There is parking available, it is a residential area so please can I ask you to not park over residents drive ways or to obstruct access to there house. Timeslots - I am currently working a full-time jobs as well doing beauty/nails on the side. My hours will vairy each week, I will keep them updated as far along as I can, once I have the rota for my other job I will update the coming months with my availability.
