1. All appointments require an $15 non-refundable deposit in order for appointment to be confirmed. This goes toward your service.

3. Wait 24 hours to book appointment after alcohol/drug intake.

4. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. 

5. This is a professional massage therapy business. There are no happy endings. If asked or implied, you will be turned away and unable to book future appointments. 

6. Please come to your appointment with acceptable hygiene. Do not put the therapist in an uncomfortable position of having to turn you away because of uncleanliness.

7. I do travel to homes. There is an $20 flat rate fee added to the service price. In addition to an $2/mile outside of a 5 mile radius (from my home).

8. There is an 10-minute grace period. You will be charge $1/minute after 10 minutes up until 20 minutes.

Assisted stretching is the lazy person's yoga. This service is personalized for every client and their individual goals. The stretch practitioner will take you through a series of stretches in order to help your body operate at it's highest level without restriction, pain and discomfort.

Assisted Stretching

This initial meeting is for all new clients. This service will include a structural and postural assessment so we can identify what muscular and skeletal imbalances need to be addressed. A full health intake will be performed. From there, I will take your measurements so we have a baseline of where you're starting. Then I will take you through a series of exercises so we can identify and establish a strong foundation for your workout journey. A workout program will be created for you.
