A relaxing massage session that may include modalities such as Swedish massage, neuromuscular techniques, lymphatic drainage, integrative stretching, myofascial release, CranioSacral, and more. Perfect for chronic or recurring issues in a specific area, or for a general relaxation session. 

Integrative Massage (60m)

A 90-minute massage service.
A relaxing massage session that may include modalities such as Swedish massage, neuromuscular techniques, lymphatic drainage, integrative stretching, myofascial release, CranioSacral, and more. Perfect for chronic or recurring issues in a specific area, or for a general relaxation session. A longer session allows us to explore more complex issues or for deeper relaxation. 

Integrative Massage (90m)

A 60-minute cupping and massage service.
We have silicone gliding and plastic sitting cups for a physical refresh. Give your body a rest and relax into the decompression of the cups as they help with muscle soreness, knots, flushing out toxins, old nutrients, and blood cells. Give your lymphatic system a boost while giving your muscles a break. 

*Cupping leaves marks on the body, ranging from red to purple, depending on the person. By booking this session, you agree to the possibility that you may have marks from this session.
**Cupping is not indicated for people in the early days of their menstrual cycle or those who take blood thinners. 

Cupping and Massage (60m)

A 75-minute lymphatic drainage massage service.
This sessions ncludes gua sha massage on the face, neck, and limbs. 
Full-length lymphatic drainage session that may include flushing the nodes around the face, neck, axillaries, inguinals, and abdominal massage. A gentle, slow treatment that soothes the nervous system as much as the body. A gua sha tool is used to aid in moving lymph fluid in the body.

Best for fluid build-up in the arms or legs, pre or post-surgery care, nervous system relaxation, or immune system boosts. 

Lymphatic Drainage Massage & Gua Sha (75m)

A 60-minute Reiki & energy work session.
A Reiki healing session that includes energetic attention, light massage, guided visualizations, and emotional release techniques. Each Reiki session includes an energy cleansing and purging at the end. A deeply healing but gentle process that can take you as far as you're ready to go.

Perfect for maintenance during the healing process (after longer sessions) or for specific, emotional concerns and goals.

Somatic Coaching (60m)

A 120-minute Somatic Shadow Work Coaching session.
A longer session that will focus primarily on building somatic awareness, experiential practice, and shadow work integration. We will engage with somatic healing, guided visualization journeys, integrative parts work, and other deep modalities. This 2-hour session will make space for deep emotional release, resolution, and integration to come about. We will take a 5-10 minute break halfway through.
*This session can be intense (in a good way!) so please plan to take it easy afterward and to treat yourself with extra love and care. 

Somatic Shadow Work Coaching (120m)

Coaching

Add an additional 30 minutes to your session. The addition of this time is dependent on schedule openings.
