I offer a range of holistic services which primarily includes swedish and holistic massage as well as reiki, mindfulness, plus relationship and intimacy coaching. My intention is to support you to feel happier, healthier and more radiant from the inside out. If you have muscle tension, aches or pains, if you struggle with poor sleep or you just feel like you need some rest and relaxation I've got you covered.
