Laser hair removal is the most effective method of hair removal available that can be used almost anywhere on the face and body. Unlike other methods such as waxing and shaving laser hair removal gives long lasting results, avoiding the in-grown hairs and irritation that can occur with shaving. The hair will become finer and softer meaning less visible and the growth will slow down more and more with each treatment. 
The hair follicle must be targeted at a specific time during its growth cycle to prevent the hair from returning. As individual hairs could be in different parts of the hair growth cycle at any one time, you will need several treatment sessions to see long-lasting results. We usually recommend 8-10 appointments for optimum reduction.

At SKiN we use advanced laser technology to remove tattoos. Laser tattoo removal is simple, safe, and produces fantastic results. The advanced technology works by allowing the light produced by the laser to pass through the skin and break up the tattoo ink into tiny particles. The body then disposes of these fragments via its immune system.
It usually takes several treatment sessions to ensure success, with minimum 6 week intervals between sessions. Its important to note that not all tattoos remove at the same rate but everything will be explained fully at consultation stage.
