ASMR Massage is a combination of techniques that are used to induce ASMR sensations. Hair play, hair brushing and skin tracing are some of the most common techniques used. The movements are slow and intentional and usually featherlight with different tools, such as make up brushes and feathers being incorporated to further the relaxation.

Choosing a treatment to start with, either Holistic Enlightenment - Take the weight of the world off your shoulders, 
lie down and surrender to a holistic, immersive and sensory journey. Whilst lying comfortably on your front, experience the gentle and soothing sensation on your back, shoulders and head 
of hair brushing, skin tracing, brushing with soft feathers and make up brushes. 
OR  
Mindful Touch - Relax into a mindful massage of your head, hair, ears, face, neck and shoulders.  Either sitting upright or lying down comfortably on your back, allow your body to feel heavy, and let go with the soothing sensations of gentle touch, hair brushing and skin tracing. Leaving the daily stresses of life at the door, notice your thoughts and allow them to fade away whilst you drop into a calming state.

After 30 minutes of holistic relaxation, your Massage Therapist will give you time to turn over, get comfortable and enjoy the next 30 minutes of your chosen treatment, completely unwinding.

You will receive a combination of different treatments over roughly 30 minutes and some of this will be filmed for social media content. A Model consultation form will be sent to you to ensure your preferences are taken into account
