Reflexology is a fabulous therapy that uses gentle pressure on specific points along your feet to help you feel better. It eases stress, and that helps your body work better. It's also known as zone therapy.

Beautifully relaxing treatment which starts with a hot towel and exfoliating salt scrub treatment. Followed by a massage of feet and legs (up to knee). A Thai stick is used to press on pressure points of the foot, finished off with some more massage and a lovely peppermint spray. Leaving your legs and feet cleansed, exfoliated and relaxed
