I start your treatment with warmed towels placed gently on your back, this is so beautifully relaxing and helps to warm your muscles up before the treatment. Your tension and knots are melted away with my massage techniques which I work your lower back, pressure points along your spine, your shoulders and your neck. My pressure is adapted to your needs and you will leave feeling deeply relaxed. This is my most popular treatment as I use a variety of massage techniques which I have learnt over the many years of being a Spa Therapist, training in Elemis and Clarins. I also worked for Champneys where I carried out many massages a day.

The treatment finishes with “The Holistic Facial”; a gorgeous 10 step facial, leaving your skin feeling lifted, hydrated, plump and fresh. The movements are deep and slow and you will leave feeling completely and utterly relaxed.
