Sacred Motion is a wellness nest at Shine on the Green. Our space is warm, inclusive, and intentionally calm, a place where you can exhale, be met with care, and remember how it feels to reconnect with your body as it drops into receiving therapeutic touch and holding.

With over a decade of experience, Ria and Mila offer tailored sessions that blend therapeutic massage, energy work, and mindful movement for a comprehensive perspective. We work with home-blended, eco-conscious products and a person-centred approach.
