Ruiz Derma and Cosmetic Center, Inc. is duly registered corporation under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  Ayala branch opened its doors to the public on June 2001.
Ruiz Derma has always believed in the concept of total customer service.  This can be summed up in its corporate philosophy: “Relax.. Renew.. Revive” It has been its commitment since it started.
It all began in April 12, 1989.  Fe Mantua Ruiz, was in private practice as Family Physician for 28 years pursued.
